About

Heather McLaughlin, CEO

In 2007, Heather McLaughlin’s father was diagnosed with Vascular Dementia at the age of 65. After 3 years of filling out mountains of paperwork, having difficult family conversations, and having to put her father in a nursing home; Heather’s father passed away at the age of 67. The painstaking journey is one that no one should have to travel alone; A & A was born out of Heather’s love of her father and her commitment to help families navigate stormy waters.
